Kathy joined Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 1991 as an Associate Financial Representative. She attended SUNY Cobleskill, and has been working in the life insurance industry since 1978. Kathy is also state licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance and earned her Certifed Long Term Care (CLTC) certificationin March of 2011. She has an extensive technical knowledge of all insurance and annuity products. Kathy enjoys spending time with her son Patrick, and her extended family and friends. Her other interests include kickboxing, reading, and keeping up with her son's sports.

Nancy has been with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network since 1999. She joined our team in August of 2010 to assist with our investment practice. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego. Most recently, Nancy passed her Series 6 exam in March of 2011 and Series 63 exam in July of 2011. Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband Tim and her family and friends. She also enjoys gardening, painting, reading, and traveling.

Paul J. Rubacka, CLU, ChFC, joined Peter and Bob Derrenbacker as an Associate Wealth Management Advisor in April 2009. Paul’s role is to help clients with their investment portfolios, with over 18 years in the industry. He received his Bachelors degree from Empire State College and achieved his Charted Life Underwriter designation in 2000 and Chartered Financial Consultant in 2010. Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, being involved with Scouting, their local church, and serving as board member of the historic Seward House in Auburn, NY. Paul also enjoys skeet, upland bird hunting, fishing, camping, golf, and a good book.

Christin Haywood, GBA joined our team in May of 2011 and helps service and support our employee benefit clients. Christin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Syracuse University and obtained her Group Benefits Associate designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and The Wharton School of the Univeristy of Pennsylvania in 2007.
Christin enjoys spending time with her husband Mark and two young daughters, as well as serving in her local church. She also enjoys skiing, golfing, gardening, and painting.
